The people behind your floor

Austrix Group began with one person's conviction that flooring deserved to be done properly.

Our founder, The Dao, started his career in building materials in Vietnam. He spent years in the industry before moving to Australia, where he went on to build businesses in hospitality and retail. Those years were useful. They confirmed what he already knew — flooring was the work he wanted to return to, and he wanted to do it his way.

Austrix Group was the result. Today we supply porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles and SPC hybrid flooring from our warehouse in Sunshine North to builders, developers and homeowners across Melbourne. What we offer instead is a range chosen with genuine care, honest advice about what suits your project, and someone on the phone who actually knows the products.

A floor is one of the few things in a home you'll touch every single day for decades. We think that's worth getting right.
